Therapy Services

Here are frequently asked questions.

What are your therapy Fees?

Our fees range from $80-$150 depending on service type and duration.

For new clients, you must secure your time slot with a credit card to ensure that we see you right away. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards (No Checks!).

Do you accept insurance payments?

Yes! Some of our clinicians accept insurance payments for therapy (not for coaching). Other therapists (interns and not fully licensed therapists) offer affordable fees to meet your needs.

Here is a list of health plans accepted below (please check with your chosen provider):

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Do you accept Out-Of-Network (OON) insurance?

Yes, we can provide you with a 'superbill' that you submit to your insurance plan for partial reimbursement.

You should contact your insurance plan to determine your behavioral health coverage. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the fee at the time our your appointment if you have out-of-network benefits and if you are not covered by insurance.

Do you work with Employee Assistance Programs?

Yes, some of our therapists do accept several EAP's including, Morneau Sheppell, Matrix Psychological, EAP Works, Cigna EAP and more. Let us know which one your employer offers and we will determine if we are on their panel.

When can we get started?

Before you schedule an appointment, schedule a phone consultation with your chosen therapist to make sure that we can support your needs.

Do you offer live video, online or telemental health?

Yes, some of us do (please check with your selected therapist to be sure she/he offers this service). As long as you have a cell phone, tablet or computer and live in the state of Georgia. After the therapist assesses that telemental health is the right treatment choice, we can begin!

I really want therapy, but cannot afford it?

Everyone should have access to mental health treatment. we offer a sliding scale fee to a few beautiful souls each year that may be in a 'tight' situation. Just ask if you are eligible. If so, you may be asked to provide supporting information about your need for a sliding scale.  When your situation improves or when we do periodic re-assessments, you will begin paying the regular fee for service so another person benefits from the few slots offered annually. This is our way of giving back to the community!
